DESCRIPTION

This set of four different-sized gears allows you to experiment with motorized cars and equipment of your own design.

You'll get a small 10-tooth gear that's 0.5" (13mm) diameter with a 2mm diameter hole that push-fits the shafts on our small motors. The three other gears have 20, 30 and 40 teeth and diameters of 1.625" (41mm), 1.125" (28mm) and 0.75" (19mm), respectively. These three larger gears have center holes that are 3mm (1/8") in diameter to fit a wooden or metal axle/shaft. The gears are 0.25" (6mm) wide and made of durable black plastic. Holes in the sides of the larger gears can be used to bolt two of more pieces together for compound gears.
